Chemical Composition/Ingredients
The GHS is an acronym for The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals. The GHS is a system for standardizing and harmonizing the classification and labelling of chemicals. Chemicals are associated with codes that define their health, physical and environmental hazards. This universal hazard communication system was developed to ensure that employers, employees and consumers are provided with adequate, practical, reliable and comprehensible information on the hazards of chemicals, so that they can take effective preventive and protective measure for their own health and safety.

EU Hazard Classification Directive 67/548/EECHazard Symbols are used to classify dangerous substances.
Hazard SymbolsRisk Phrases, denoted as a series of numbers preceded by the letter "R" indicate the nature of the special risks, in accordance with Annex III to Directive 67/548/EEC (see Article 23(2)(d) Directive 67/548/EEC). The numbers are separated by either a comma to denote separate statements concerning special risks, or an oblique stroke (/) to denote a combined statement, in a single sentence, of the special risks.
Risk PhrasesSafety Phrases, denoted as a series of numbers preceded by the letter "S" indicating the recommended safety precautions, in accordance with Annex IV to Directive 67/548/EEC. The numbers are separated by either a comma to denote separate statements concerning safety precautions, or an oblique stroke (/) to denote a combined statement, in a single sentence, of the safety precautions.

Hazards Identification
Emergency Overview: May cause allergic skin and respiratory reaction. Causes skin irritation Causes respiratory tract irritation. This product may be severely irritating to the eyes. Contains material which can cause cancer.
Relevant routes of exposure: Inhalation, Skin contact, Eyes, Ingestion.
Potential Health Effects
Inhalation: Contains crystalline silica (quartz), which is classified as a possible carcinogen. However, the crystalline silica present in this product is encapsulated in the liquid and will only be liberated if the product is sanded or abraded, and even then what is liberated will not be pure crystalline silica. Appropriate precautions, however, should be taken if the product is sanded or abraded to prevent personnel from breathing the dust. May cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact. Moderate respiratory tract irritation. Exposure to diisocyanates may cause the following human health effects: Skin irritation and allergic reactions, respiratory irritation, respiratory sensitization and lung toxicity; some diisocyanates also may cause cancer. The likelihood that these effects will occur depends on a number of factors; among them the level of exposure, frequency of exposure, part of body exposed and sensitivity of the exposed individual. Persons suffering from allergic reactions to isocyanates should avoid contact with the product.
Skin contact: Contact with skin can cause irritation and allergic reaction (sensitization) in some individuals. This product may discolor the skin.
Eye contact: Causes eye irritation.
Ingestion: Do not taste or swallow.
Existing conditions aggravated by exposure: Pre-existing skin or lung allergies may increase the chance of developing exaggerated allergic symptoms from exposure to this product. -
